If you add $10 to your account and only spent $4, when ever you come back to the site you will have a balance of $6. When you add funds to your account you will be taken to PayPal.com Payment System, at this point you can use your PayPal Account or Debit/Credit Cards.

Third -- Any time you want to purchase tickets you must login and have a balance or money in your account. You can purchase as many tickets as you want, because they are raffle tickets you can only do one at time just click Buy Tickets once you are login.

Forth -- We email the winners and immediately send out the gifts.
